ویلای ۱۴۲، پاسخی است به آنچه شهروند تهرانی در شهر تهران، از آن بی‌بهره است. اگرچه در فرم و طراحی این ویلا، از زبان معماری جهانی استفاده شده است، اما دید و منظر، آسایش، ارتباط صحیح فضاها و مقیاس انسانی، اجزای اصلی تشکیل‌دهنده معماری آن هستند.

دید اصلی ویلا به سمت کوه دماوند (بلندترین قله ایران)، فضای متفاوتی در ساختمان ایجاد کرده است که منجر به ایجاد سبک زندگی متفاوتی می‌شود، آنچه شهروند تهرانی از آن بی بهره است.

Tehran isn’t just a metropolis anymore. In fact, it has turns to a polluted city, full of traffic jams and far from comfort standard of living spaces. Villa 142 is an answer to what Tehran dwellers are deprived of it. Although, it has been designed on the base of global architectural language, form, view, comfort, appropriate connection between spaces, human scale and Light are the main component of this building.

Villa 142 is located at Gilavand, a small villa town near to Tehran. The main view towards Damavand mountain (Iran’s highest mount) creates a different atmosphere in the villa’s space which results in creating a distinct life style, the style that people living in Tehran are deprived of it.
