آپارتمان حاضر در طبقه آخر یک برج مسکونی در محله پارک‌وی شهر تهران واقع شده است. این واحد سه‌خوابه متعلق به زوج جوانی است که تصمیم داشتند آن را برای آغاز زندگی مشترک خود بازسازی کنند. هدف این پروژه، بازسازی آپارتمان بر اساس خواسته‌های فضایی کارفرما بود که اتاق مستر، اتاق مهمان و یک اتاق اختصاصی برای لباس را شامل می‌شد.
مسئله اصلی پروژه، اجرای آن در کوتاه‌ترین بازه زمانی ممکن بود. از این‌رو، روند کلی پروژه که شامل طراحی سه‌بعدی، گرفتن تاییدیه‌های کارفرما، ترسیم نقشه‌های اجرایی، عملیات تخریب، خرید متریال و فرآیند اجرا بود، حدود دو ماه به طول انجامید. غلبه بر محدودیت زمان، با هماهنگی و دقت زیاد در تمامی مراحل ساخت، و پیاده‌سازی درست جزئیات نقشه‌های اجرایی از ابتدای امر تا مرحله نصب و بهره‌‌برداری، مطابق با جدول زمان‌‌بندی و برنامه از پیش تعیین‌شده، میسر شد.
در طراحی آپارتمان سعی شد از فضاهای مرده که به علت قطر زیاد ستون‌ها ایجاد شده بودند، بیشترین استفاده صورت گیرد تا ضمن رفع ناهماهنگی‌ها، فضایی یکدست‌تر و متناسب شکل گیرد. همچنین نوع قرارگیری دستگاه‌های تاسیساتی موجب شده بود تا ارتفاع سقف واحد به شکل محسوسی کوتاه شود. از این‌رو، طراحان، تاسیسات پروژه را در طرحی جدید، با چیدمانی متفاوت جانمایی کردند که به دنبال آن، ارتفاع سقف به حدود ۳۱۰ سانتی‌متر افزایش یافت تا ضمن ارتقای کیفی فضا، امکان بهره‌مندی از منظر این واحد مسکونی که به دلیل موقعیت آن، دیدی وسیع به شهر تهران را برای کاربران فراهم کرده است، دوچندان شود.
طراحی نورپردازی که بسیار مورد توجه و علاقه کارفرما بود، در جزء به جزء فضاها، شامل فضای ورودی، اتاق‌های خواب، اتاق لباس، آشپزخانه، سرویس‌ها و فضاهای نشیمن، با رعایت اصل تنوع و متناسب با هریک از فضاها صورت گرفته است. همچنین کارفرما خواهان فضایی ساده، آرام و دل‌نشین با رنگ‌هایی نظیر سفید و خاکستری، به عنوان رنگ‌های خنثی بود. لذا رنگ سفید ضمن استفاده در دیوارهای واحد، برای بزرگ‌تر جلوه‌دادن فضا نسبت به آنچه هست، در ترکیب با یک متریال گرم، نظیر کف‌پوش با طرح چوب روشن، و سنگ طبیعی برای کانتر آشپزخانه، فضایی گرم و آرام را در این واحد مسکونی فراهم کرده است.
در طراحی تمامی عناصر و جزئیات پروژه، همچون درب‌های بدون فریم، کمدهای گلاس مات، پنل میکروسمنت تلویزیون، و دریچه‌های کنافی و آلومینیومی، با تاکید بر امکانات اجرایی و مالی، سعی شده است تا حد امکان، سادگی و خلوص در طرح رعایت شود. در نهایت، از دیگر موضوعات اساسی در طراحی و اجرای این پروژه می‌توان به کارفرمایی با دید هم‌سو با تیم طراحان جوان پروژه اشاره کرد که سبب شد تا با برنامه‌ریزی و همکاری در شرایط سخت پندمی کرونا، علی‌رغم تمامی چالش‌های پیش روی معماران و اهمیت سلامت تمامی تیم‌های همکار، کمک شایانی در جهت پیشبرد پروژه شود.

The project is located on the top floor of a residential tower in Tehran. This unit with three bedrooms belongs to a young couple who decided to renovate it, to start their life together. The purpose of the project was to renovate it, in accordance with the wishes of the client, which included a set of spaces including a master room, a guest room, and a closet room.
The main issue of the project was its construction in the shortest possible time; Therefore, the overall process of the project, which included 3D design, obtaining client approvals, drawing construction plans, demolition operations, purchasing materials, and the construction process, took about two months. The challenge of time constraints was handled by coordination and precision schedule in all stages of construction.
In the design of this unit, the goal was making the most of the dead spaces that were created due to the large diameter of the columns, in order to eliminate the inconsistencies, and create a more uniform and proportionate space. Also, the location of ventilation devices had caused the height of the unit roof to be significantly shortened. Therefore, the designers located the project facilities in a new design with a different layout, followed by increasing the ceiling height to about 310 cm, which, while improving the quality of the space, increased the benefit of the wide view of this residential unit to the city of Tehran through its windows.
The lighting design of the residential unit, which was very much the interest of the client, was used in all spaces, including the entrance space, bedrooms, dressing room, kitchen, services and living spaces, with variety, and in proportion to the spaces. The client also wanted a simple, calm and pleasant atmosphere with colors such as white and gray as neutral colors. Therefore, white color, while being used in the walls of the unit to make the space look bigger than it is, in combination with warm materials such as flooring with light wood design, and natural stone for the kitchen counter, has provided a warm and calm space in this residential unit.
In designing all the elements and details of the project, such as frame-less doors, TV micro-cement panels, and other items, with emphasis on construction facilities and project budget, we have tried to be as simple and practical as possible. Finally, among the other key issues in the design and construction of this project, the client with a vision in line with the team of young designers of the project, has led to the possibility of planning and constructing in all the set due times, despite the difficulties originated from Covid-19 pandemic.
