ویلای دیدار که در شهرک ویلایی فشند در استان البرز واقع شده، به‌صورت ویلایی اقتصادی برای چهار خانواده، شامل پدربزرگ و خانواده‌های سه فرزند وی طراحی شده است. از آنجا که ایجاد فضای حیاط با بیشترین مساحت ممکن، و در عین‌حال، بهره‌مندی برابر و حداکثری هر چهار واحد از نور و چشم‌انداز، از خواسته‌های پروژه بود، جهت‌گیری ساختمان در بهینه‌ترین حالت نسبت به این خواسته‌ها تعیین شده است.

با توجه به برنامه پروژه مبنی بر طراحی چهار واحد با مساحت یکسان و بازشوهای مشابه و متقارن، برای فاصله‌گرفتن بنا از ساختمان‌های آپارتمانی، پوسته‌ای به عنوان عامل یکپارچه‌کننده تعریف شده تا این چهار واحد، یکپارچه به نظر برسند. در طراحی این پوسته، هیچ‌گونه قوس نیارشی و سازه‌ای در نظر گرفته نشده است؛ این پوسته عملا پوششی دکوراتیو برای عملکردهای داخلی است، و قوس‌های آن نیز نشانه‌ و یادمانی از قوس‌های معماری گذشته است.

یکی از مسائل اولیه پروژه، محدودیت در متراژ ۷۵ مترمربع برای هر خانواده بود؛ در عین‌حال، خانواده‌ها بسیار راغب بودند که یک فضای جمعی بزرگ‌تر داشته باشند. راهکاری که برای این مسئله در نظر گرفته شد، پلان متقارن در هر طبقه، و امکان اتصال پذیرایی‌های دو واحد مجاور به یکدیگر بود که باعث انعطاف‌پذیری پلان در راستای رسیدن به یک فضای بزرگ‌تر شده است.

Didar Villa is located in Fashand villa town in Alborz province. The building is an economic villa for four families consisting of the grandfather and the families of his three children. Since the creation of a yard space with the largest possible area in the villa, was desired, and at the same time, the equal and maximum benefit of all four units of light and landscape, was one of the demands of the project, the orientation of the building was determined in the most optimal way in relation to these demands.

Considering the project’s internal plan of four units with the same area and similar and symmetrical openings, for distancing the building from apartment buildings, a shell is defined as an integrating factor, to interconnect these four units as a single integrated unit. In the design of this shell, no arches or structures have been considered. The shell is practically a decorative cover for interior functions, and its arches are signs and memorials of past architectural arches.

One of the initial issues of the project was the limit of 75 square meters for each family. At the same time, the families were very eager to have a larger gathering space. The solution considered for this issue, was a symmetrical plan in each floor, and the possibility of connecting the living areas of two adjacent units. This solution creates flexibility to reach a larger space.
