ویلای شماره ده در زمینی به مساحت ۳۲۰۰ مترمربع، در منطقه‌ای خوش‌آب‌و‌هوا در بافت ویلایی شهر جدید صدرای شیراز ساخته شده است. ساختمان در سه طبقه زیرزمین، همکف و طبقه اول طراحی شده است که با توجه به شیب قابل ملاحظه زمین، فضای زیرزمین نیز به نور و منظر طبیعی دسترسی دارد. در بخشی از زیرزمین، یک فضای نشیمن و آشپزخانه، و در سمت دیگر آن، سونا و استخر با منظر باغ قرار گرفته است. در طبقه همکف نیز سالن اصلی، آشپزخانه تمیز و مطبخ، تراس، اتاق خواب مهمان و سرویس بهداشتی، و در طبقه سوم، سه اتاق خواب، تراس نیمه‌مسقف، نشیمن و پانتری قرار دارند.
آنچه بیش از همه در پروژه مدنظر قرار گرفت، طراحی فضاهایی متنوع با حداکثر دید، نور و منظر طبیعی بود تا تجربه‌های زیستی متنوعی را به ساکنان ارائه دهد. این تنوع فضایی نه‌تنها در طراحی فضاهای داخلی، بلکه در طراحی فضاهای باز و نیمه‌باز نیز بسیار مورد توجه قرار گرفت. برای نیل به چنین خواسته‌ای، یک فضای تهی در میانه ساختمان در نظر گرفته شد که علاوه بر آنکه منظر و نور طبیعی را برای فضای نشیمن زیرزمین فراهم می‌کند، ارتباط فضایی میان همه طبقات را نیز میسر می‌سازد.
در بدو ورود به ویلا با حجمی کنسول‌شده روبه‌رو هستیم که به‌درستی فضای ورودی را تعریف می‌کند و تغییر مصالح کف و سقف فضای پیش‌ورودی زیر کنسول بر تاکید آن می‌افزاید. پله‌های محوطه نیز علاوه بر راه‌‌پله و آسانسور که ارتباط عمودی میان طبقات را میسر می‌سازند، دسترسی ثانویه به استخر زیرزمین را از ورودی ویلا فراهم می‌کنند.
تراس‌های وسیعی که رو به باغ گسترده شده‌اند، نظرگاه‌های واسط میان باغ و محیط داخلی ویلا هستند که نور را به‌صورت فیلترشده به داخل هدایت می‌کنند و هرکدام دارای کیفیت معمارانه متفاوتی هستند که با نوع کاربری‌شان همخوانی دارد.

Villa No. 07 is designed on a 3200 sqm land, in a pleasant area of Sadra new city near Shiraz. The building has been organized on three floors; the basement, the ground floor, and the first floor. Due to the considerable slope of the ground, the basement space also leads light and natural landscape. In one part of the basement, there is a living area and kitchen, and on the other side, there is a sauna and a swimming pool with a view of the garden. On the ground floor, there are the main hall, a kitchen and dirty kitchen, a guest room, and the toilet. Three other bedrooms are located on the first floor, with a TV room and a pantry.
The main challenge that was mostly considered in the project, was the design of a variety of spaces with maximum daylight and natural ventilation, to offer diverse experiences for the residences. This diversity of spaces is not only in the design of interior spaces, but also in the design of outdoor and semi-open spaces too. In order to achieve this demand, a vertical void was considered in the middle of the building, which in addition to providing natural light and view for the basement living room, also allows spatial communication between all floors.
On arrival, we will encounter a consular volume that correctly defines the entrance space, and the change of floor and ceiling materials of the pre-entry space also add to its emphasis. In addition to the stairway and elevator which allows vertical communication between floors, the staircases of the landscape also provide secondary access to the pool from the entrance of the villa.
The wide terraces facing the garden are lookouts between the garden and the interior of the villa, which direct the light in filtered form, and each has a different architectural quality that corresponds to its type of use.
