این پروژه در زمینی قرار گرفته بود که از سمت ورودی، زمینی تودلی به حساب می‌آمد و در گودی می‌نشست، اما از سمت پشت، به محوطه گسترده‌ای که قبلا بستر رودخانه بود، مشرف بود.

مسئله متناقض طراحی این بود که چگونه پروژه در عین حال که در گودی قرار گرفته است، بتواند خود را بنمایاند و در بین مابقی پروژه‌ها گم نشود و شخصیت خود را داشته باشد و همچنین مانع اشراف همسایگان بلندقدش بر فضاهای خصوصی و حیاطش بشود. این کار با ایجاد فرمی ۸ شکل در پلان انجام شد، به این صورت که حیاط مشرف به بستر رودخانه در میان یال‌های ۸ قرار گرفت و با اغراق در فرم ۸ در مقطع پروژه که یادآور فرم سقف‌های شیب‌دار شمال و شله‌های تفریحی است، پروژه توانست گودی زمین را جبران کند و به اندازه همسایگان قد بکشد.

مطالعه بر روی انواع سقف‌های شیب‌دار و کلیشه‌زدایی از تیپ‌های شناخته‌شده‌ای مثل “شله” و ترکیب آن با فضای داخلی و دیوارهای منحنی‌شکل آن، از چالش‌های این پروژه بود که فضاهایی متنوع و پر از انقباض و انبساط را برای پروژه به ارمغان آورد.

سازه پروژه منطبق بر اسکلت‌بندی قوس‌های سقف بوده و از کاذب‌کاری‌های مرسوم فاصله گرفته شده است. قطاع‌های ذورنقه‌ای سقف و زیرسازی‌های آن، تک‌تک طراحی و ترسیم شده‌اند تا به شکلی دقیق، بر روی پروژه بنشینند.

This project was supposed to be built on a site which from the entrance part was counted as a surrounded land. It was placed in a hollow. However, on the back, it overlooked the widespread lot which had been a riverbed.

Project Question: How can we make the project present itself while it is placed in a hollow, which of course, is a contradiction. What can we do for it, in order not to get lost among other projects, to keep its character and also block its tall neighbors’ views on its private spaces and yard. These goals were approached by creating a V-shaped form in the plan; placing the yard – which overlooked the riverbed – between the wings of V. And, by the exaggerated V form in the section of the project, which recalls the form of the sloping roofs in the north of Iran and entertaining chalets, the project was able to compensate the dished site and rise equal to its neighbors

Studying on different types of sloping roofs and removing stereotypes from known types such as “chalet” and mixing them with the interior and curved walls inside the project, have been the challenges which brought various spaces full of contraction and expansion to the project.

The structure was based on the frames of the roof’s arcs and we avoided the traditional false works. Roof’s trapezoidal sectors and its infrastructures were individually designed in order to fit the project perfectly.
