در بررسی اولیه، سه خصوصیت اختلاف سطح شیب‌دار ۱۷ متری؛ وجود نمای پنجم بسیار خاص، به‌واسطه قرارگیری سایت در دامنه و میان خیابان‌های اطراف؛ و همچنین منظر مناسب از سایت به رودخانه، به عنوان پتانسیل‌های پروژه مدنظر قرار گرفتند.
کارفرمای پروژه در زمینه هتل‌داری در شهر مشهد فعالیت داشت. از این‌رو، یک معماری متفاوت و در عین‌حال، آشنا برای مخاطبان شهری و میهمانان خارجی خود مدنظر داشت. بر این اساس، پس از بررسی خواسته‌های مذکور، یافتن یک معماری عملکردی، و در عین‌حال، یادمانی در دستور کار قرار گرفت.
پس از بررسی بستر کوهستانی و ییلاقی پروژه، فکر کردیم که وجود یک مدول ساختاری می‌تواند همزمان به ایجاد فضاهای باز و بسته معماری کمک کند، و از طرفی، در روش ساخت‌وساز، بهینه‌تر از معماری‌هایی با ترکیب‌بندی‌های فرمی حجیم باشد.
در بررسی تیپولوژی الگوهای پارامتریک معماری ایرانی، سراغ نوعی طاق رفتیم که با دهانه‌های مشخص و ثابت، می‌توانست نظرمان را تامین کند. انتخاب استراتژی و نحوه گسترش مدول‌های طاقی، منجر به تولید فضاهای متفاوت در ارتفاع، و ایجاد قاب‌های تعریف‌شده‌ای از طبیعت در زوایای مختلف شد. در انتها نیز مصالح و رنگ‌ها همخوان با بستر کوهستانی و سبز منطقه انتخاب شدند.

In the initial study, three characteristics of the 17-meter slope difference; the existence of a very special fifth view, due to the location of the site on the slope, and between the surrounding streets; as well as the appropriate view of the site to the river, were considered as project potentials.
The project client was active in the field of hotel management in the city of Mashhad; So, he considered a different, and at the same time, familiar architecture for his urban audience and foreign guests. Then, after examining the mentioned demands, trying to find a functional architecture, and at the same time, a monument was on the agenda.
After studying context of the project, we thought that the existence of a structural module can help to create open and closed architectural spaces, at the same time, and on the other hand, this method is much more efficient in terms of cost and time of project construction.
In examining the typology of parametric patterns of Iranian architecture, we used the pattern of traditional arches to respond to design needs. The choice of strategy and how to expand the arch modules, led to the production of different spaces in height, and defined visual frames of nature that were created for users, at different angles. In the end, materials and colors were selected in accordance with the climate, and mountainous and green background of the region.
