ویلا پانو که در زمینی به مساحت ۴۲۰ مترمربع، در سه طبقه ساخته شده، در پی آن است که با مجموعه‌ای از کیفیت‌های متنوع، ساکنان خود را از زندگی شلوغ شهری دور نگاه دارد و طبیعت زیبای شمال را در قاب‌های مختلف برای آن‌ها به نمایش بگذارد. در طبقه همکف این ویلا، فضاهای نشیمن، پذیرایی، آشپزخانه اصلی، لاندری و اتاق مهمان؛ در طبقه اول، سه اتاق خواب و یک نشیمن خصوصی؛ و در طبقه دوم که بام ویلاست، آلاچیق و شاه‌نشین قرار گرفته است.
اصلی‌ترین چالش طراحی ویلا، وجود حریم‌ها و عقب‌نشینی‌های متعدد از چهار طرف زمین بود که یک فضای مربع‌شکل حدودا ۱۵۰ مترمربعی در شمال زمین را برای ساخت در اختیار قرار می‌داد، و همین امر موجب ایجاد محدودیت در بهره‌گیری از تنوع حجمی و ایجاد کیفیت‌های فضایی گوناگون می‌شد.
در طراحی ویلا، با توجه به موقعیت ویژه زمین و نزدیکی آن به رشته‌کوه‌های جنگلی چلندر، تمرکز اصلی بر روی ایجاد کیفیت‌های متنوع فضایی (فضاهای باز، نیمه‌باز و بسته) در ضلع جنوبی ویلا قرار گرفت که دارای گسترده‌ترین دید به طبیعت زیبای اطراف بود. برای دست‌یابی به این کیفیت‌های مختلف فضایی، تلاش شد تا از ارتفاع نیز کمک گرفته شود، به‌صورتی که در هر طبقه بتوانیم کیفیتی متفاوت را از نظر ابعاد، منظر، امکانات و محرمیت تجربه کنیم.
در راستای استفاده مناسب از نور خورشید و منظره دلپذیر منطقه، تصمیم بر آن شد که مرز میان داخل و خارج با استفاده از جداره‌های شفاف به حداقل خود برسد تا کاربر بتواند ضمن بهره‌گیری از فضای داخلی، از کیفیت‌های طبیعی محیط بیرون نیز بهره‌مند شود. این موضوع خود را در چیدمان فضایی ویلا نیز نشان می‌دهد که سعی شده است تا فضاهایی که در طول روز بیشتر از آن‌ها استفاده می‌کنیم، بیشتر بتوانند از منظر و دید اطراف بهره ببرند.

Villa Pano was built on a site of 420 square meters, on three floors; on the ground floor, there are living room, dining room, main kitchen, laundry room and guest room; and on the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a private living room; also on the second floor, there is a roof garden. The villa is a collection of various qualities that tries to keep its users away from the busy city life, and show the pleasure of the beautiful nature of northern Iran in different frames.
The main challenge in the design of villa has been the existence of numerous restrictions from all sides of the site, which provided a square shape space of about 150 square meters in the northern part of the site for construction. This problem caused limitations in the use of volumetric diversity and creation of different spatial qualities.
The project location and its proximity to the forest mountains of Chalandar, make the main focus of the design on creating diverse spatial qualities (open space, semi-open space and closed space) on the southern part of the villa, which had the widest view of the surrounding beautiful nature. In order to fulfill these different spatial qualities, we tried to take help from the height, so that we can experience different qualities in terms of dimensions, views, facilities and privacy on each floor.
Due to the proper use of sunlight and the pleasant view of the area, an effort was made to minimize the border between inside and outside with transparency, so the user can enjoy the natural qualities of the outside environment, while using the interior space. This issue shows itself in the spatial arrangement of villa, which has made the spaces that we use more during the day, to benefit more from the mountain views.
