انسان بی‌قرار در پی گمشده خود، در این جهان سرگردان است و به امید وعده «الیه راجعون»، به دنبال مجنون می‌گردد. او در پی پیداکردن خود، ناخالصی‌های وجودی‌اش را لایه‌لایه می‌گذارد تا به هیچ بی‌نهایت بپیوندد. خانه به عنوان کالبدی بیرونی، تاثیر به‌سزایی بر روح دارد و کالبد جسمی انسان را آرامش می‌بخشد. از اینرو، خانه می‌تواند در راستای تعالی انسان، کمک‌رسان باشد که این دغدغه به‌وضوح در معماری سنتی ایران قابل مشاهده است. تعامل با طبیعت، پازل گمشده زندگی مدرن است، و از اینرو، انسان مدرن انسانی جدامانده‌تر و افسرده‌تر از پیش شده است که در این پروژه سعی بر آن داشتیم تا حد امکان به این گسست دامن نزنیم.
در این پروژه سعی داشتیم تا حد امکان، فضایی مطبوع و همساز با اقلیم منطقه ایجاد کنیم. در مرحله اول، باید به چند مسئله کلیدی اقلیمی در طراحی توجه می‌کردیم که گرمای شدید فصل‌های گرم و رطوبت بالا، مهم‌ترین آنها بودند. همچنین نور مناسب برای اکثر فصول، نور شمالی بود، ولی از آنجا که ساختمان رو به جنوب بود، ایجاد نور شمال برای تمامی فضاها یک چالش ویژه بود، و نیز تابش مستقیم آفتاب روی بنا باعث گرم‌شدن داخل می‌شد. در نهایت، حل این چالش‌های اقلیمی بود که به شکل‌گیری ایده‌هایی برای پیشبرد پروژه منجر شد.
برای حل مشکل رطوبت، پروژه را از زمین فاصله دادیم و با زیادکردن ارتفاع سقف‌ها و ایجاد کوران، به تخلیه رطوبت کمک کردیم. برای حل مشکل گرما نیز طاق‌های پروژه از تابش مستقیم نور آفتاب به بام جلوگیری می‌کنند. همچنین استفاده از متریال آجر با ظرفیت حرارتی بالا، جلوی ورود گرما را می‌گیرد. از طرف دیگر، به دلیل ارتفاع بلند سقف، گرمای داخل به سمت بالا هدایت و از پنجره‌های کنار طاق‌ها خارج می‌شود که کوران نیز به خروج گرما کمک می‌کند.
همان‌طور که اشاره شد، ورود نور جنوب باعث گرمای داخل می‌شد، و نور مناسب برای فضاها، نور شمال بود. همچنین نسبت ایده‌آل طول به عرض بازشوها برای ایجاد کوران، نسبت ۳ به ۱ بود. برای حل هر دو چالش نور طبیعی و کوران، سقف پروژه را به سه پله تبدیل کردیم که هم به نسبت مناسب بازشوها برای کوران دست پیدا کنیم، و هم این اتفاق منجر به دریافت نور شمال در همه فضاها شد. هم‌زمان، با استفاده از سایه‌بان خارجی، نور جنوبی را نیز کنترل کردیم. همچنین وجود فضای سبز در جلو، میانه و پشت خانه، به روح فضا کمک می‌کند.

Those rays of the sun are in the house (Vosagh), like a lamp, (but) it’s light is above the Seventh Roof (of heaven).
The form of the rose is (placed) beneath the nose for idle pleasures sake, (but) the scent of the rose is on the roof and palace of the brain.

Human is restless in this world, in search of his lost true self, and seeks the insane world, in the hope of the promise of the “Returning to the God.” In order to find himself, he drops layers of the ego and impurities of his existence to join any infinity. The house as an external body, has a great effect on the soul, which protects the physical layer of the soul. So, it can help him in the direction of excellence; This approach to a house is clearly visible in the traditional architecture of Iran. Interaction with nature is a lost puzzle of modern life, and therefore, modern man has become more isolated and depressed than before, and we have tried not to stir up this rift as much as possible.
In this project, we tried to create a pleasant atmosphere that is in harmony with the climate of the region. In the first stage of design, we had to pay attention to some key climatic points. Extreme heat, hot seasons and high humidity were our most important climatic issues to start the project. The suitable light for most of the seasons was northern light, and since the building was facing south, creating a northern light was a challenge for all spaces. On the other hand, the direct sun on the building warmed the inside. These challenges led to ideas for advancing the project.
For solving the problem of humidity, we moved the project away from the ground, and helped to drain the moisture by increasing the height of the ceilings, and creating air transferring openings. Similarly, to solve the heat problem, the project arches prevent direct sunlight on the roof. The choice of brick material with high heat capacity, prevents heat from entering too. With the high height of the roof, the heat is directed upwards, and exits through the windows next to the arches, which also helps the heat to leave inside environment.
As mentioned, the northern light was suitable for spaces, and also, the entry of southern light caused heat inside. Also, the ideal ratio for creating openings was a 3:1 ratio of length to width. To solve both challenges, we turned the project roof into three steps to achieve a proportion suitable for the opening, and this also led to the reception of northern light for all spaces. Using an external canopy to illuminate the south, we also controlled south light as well. The green space in front, middle and back of the house helps the spirit of the space.
