چهارراه پارک‌وی یکی از شلوغ‌ترین تقاطع‌های تهران است و آلودگی هوا، آلودگی صوتی و آلودگی بصری، وجوه بارز این محدوده هستند. بدین‌ترتیب، «استتار» بهترین روش هم‌زیستی پروژه با مجموع این عوامل است.
شکاف‌های موجود در نمای پروژه که حاصل کسر مساحت نورگیر حذف‌شده در مرکز ساختمان هستند، منظر سبز و نور غیرمستقیم را وارد ساختمان می‌کنند.

Parkway intersection is one of the busiest intersections in Tehran. Various types of pollution, including noise, air and visual pollution are prominent features of this area. “Camouflage” is the best way of coexistence with all these factors.
The slits in the facade which are the result of the subtraction of the the area of the skylight space removed in the center of the building, bring green sight and the indirect light into the building.
