پروژه واحد اداری ۸۰۴، دفتر شرکت مدیا همراه ارتباطات، در طبقه هشتم ساختمان اداری ـ تجاری شمیران‌سنتر (در محدوده بزرگراه ارتش) واقع شده است. این واحد اداری به دلیل قرارگیری در وجه جنوب‌غربی ساختمان، دارای دو چشم‌انداز اصلی و ممتاز است: چشم‌انداز جنوبی که نمای کاملی از شهر ارائه می­‌کند، و چشم‌انداز غربی که در امتداد شهر است و با نمایی از کوه‌های شمالی تهران تکمیل می‌­شود.

با توجه به درخواست کارفرما، فرایند طراحی این پروژه با تاکید بر عملکرد و تقسیم‌بندی مناسب فضاها آغاز شد. فضاها باید به طریقی از هم تفکیک می‌­شدند که ضمن در نظر­ گرفتن دو تیم اصلی کارمندان و اختصاص اتاقی مجزا برای هر یک از آنها، بیشترین فاصله لازم برای تفکیک کار این دو تیم از هم، در نظر گرفته می‌شد، و ضمنا با مهیاکردن فضایی برای مشارکت تیم‌ها، امکان تعاملات آنها نیز فراهم می­‌آمد. بدین‌ترتیب، تلاش بر آن شد که برنامه فیزیکی پروژه ضمن تعریف فضاهای مناسب کاری، دربرگیرنده بیشتر فضاهای مورد نیاز کارکنان در مدت زمان یک روز کاری باشد، و تا حد امکان، راحتی کارکنان نیز در نظر گرفته شود. این فضاها شامل فضای استراحت کارمندان، فضای تیم‌­ورک، اتاق سیگار، سرویس بهداشتی خانم­‌ها و آقایان، نمازخانه و مدیریت است. در ادامه نیز تفکیک فضاها به‌طور شفاف، و استفاده از نور طبیعی در کل پلان، باعث شد تجربه مخاطب در هنگام حضور در فضا، با حس امنیت و اعتماد به این مجموعه همراه شود.

با توجه به فرم مربعی پلان و قرار­گیری ورودی اصلی در وجه شمال‌­شرقی، و به تبع آن، ایجاد عمق زیاد برای دسترسی به سایر فضا­ها، همچنین تعدد فضاهای تفکیک‌شده نسبت به مساحت کلی پلان، و نیز محدودیت‌­های تاسیساتی ساختمان برای قرار­گیری آشپزخانه و سرویس بهداشتی، تلاش بر آن شد که با ایجاد دو فضای تقسیم اصلی (فضای انتظار و هال میانی)، و تعریف دسترسی‌های مشترک بین فضاهایی با یک ماهیت، از ایجاد راهروهای طولانی جلوگیری شود. در نتیجه، فضاهای خدماتی و گروهی به عنوان هسته اصلی پلان، و نیز با ایجاد تخلل در دیوار­های جداکننده آنها، ضمن ارائه دید مطلوبی از فضا، به عنوان عنصر شکل‌دهنده به آن نیز عمل می‌­کنند.

فضای گروهی ضمن داشتن قابلیت برگزاری جلسات کوچک، با تعریف صفحه نمایش، امکان پرزانته‌های داخلی مجموعه را فراهم می‌آورد، و در صورت نیاز، در ترکیب با هال میانی، عرصه بیشتری را در اختیار کاربر قرار می‌­دهد. این فضا همزمان که نقش اصلی خود را ایفا می‌­کند، گاه امکان تجمع کارکنان برای انجام بازی رایانه‌ای و یا تماشای فوتبال در اوقات استراحت را نیز فراهم می­‌آورد. همچنین در تکمیل فضای گروهی و در مجاورت آن، نشیمنی در امتداد آشپزخانه، برای استراحت افراد در نظر گرفته شد که باعث امکان انتخاب‌های بیشتر برای کارکنان در زمان استراحت خواهد شد. اتاق مدیریت مجموعه نیز با توجه به تعدد جلسات و رفت‌وآمد مهمانان، در وجه جنوب‌غربی پلان قرار گرفته که برای برقراری تمرکز کارمندان و کنترل مزاحمت‌های صوتی و بصری، تماما به صورت بسته و صلب در نظر گرفته شده است.

با توجه به ماهیت کار مجموعه و تعدد فضاها، رنگ سفید به عنوان رنگ غالب برای جداره‌ها، سقف و مبلمان انتخاب شد تا در حد امکان، از اغتشاش بصری جلوگیری شود. همچنین قرارگیری گیاهان سبز در زمینه رنگ سفید و خاکستری، باعث جلوه بیشتر و تاکید بر سرزندگی گیاهان در فضای این دفتر اداری شده است.

The project is located in the eighth floor of a commercial-office building. In view of the unit’s location in the southwest of the complex, it includes two main remarkable perspectives. The southern perspective renders the perfect facing of the city, and the western perspective situating along with the city, is ended with the facing of the northern mountains of Tehran.

Regarding the client’s request, the project designing was developed with the major emphasis on functional and apt classification of each space. Spaces should be divided in such a way that by accounting two main team’s employees and allocating distinct room for them, the most essential work distance must be taken into account too. Meanwhile, a space for their contributions and relations possibility should be devised. Thus, the effort was made to propose a project with a physical plan defining suitable work spaces, it comprises more spaces needed for employees during a working day as well as considering the convenience of employees as far as possible. The spaces are like break area, co-working space, smoking room, male/ female WC, and management. In the following, dividing spaces clearly and using natural light in the general plan, brings the audience security and trust toward the complex, while she/he steps in.

In accordance with the square form of the plan, and location of the main entrance door on the northeast side, high depth was created for other spaces accessibility. Also numerous separated spaces in relation to the whole plan area, and building structure constraints to settle kitchen and restroom, lead to construction of two central space division (waiting space and middle hall), and modification of shared access to the same spaces that consequently avoid long corridors. Therefore, service and team work spaces are considered as main core of the plan, and by creating porosity in its separating walls, it depicts proper view of the space as well as functions as formative element to the space.

Team work space having the capability of holding small meetings, could provide internal presentations by applying the screen. If needed, with combination of middle hall, vast area is given to the user. This space with its fundamental utilization could provide personnel gathering, computer gaming, and watching football in break time simultaneously. In addition, to complete co-working space, adjacent to it, along with the kitchen, there is a sitting room to create more options for personnel at break time. Due to the multiplicity of meetings and the movement of guests, on the one hand, and in order not to distract employees and control visual and audio disturbances, on the other hand, the management room of the office is located in a completely closed and rigid space on the southwest side of the plan.

Concerning to the nature of project and number on space, white was chosen as the prominent color for the walls, ceiling and furniture, to prevent visual disturbance. Placement of green plant in neutral background of white and gray, leads to dashing and vital space.
