در شروع پروژه که کارفرما به ما مراجعه کرد، ابعاد سایت بسیار محدود بود. از این‌رو، ابتدا با توجه به شیب سایت و معابر اطراف، دسترسی‌های مناسب را مشخص کردیم؛ سپس فضاها و عملکردهای مورد نیاز کارفرما در حجمی دو طبقه با کشیدگی منطبق بر کشیدگی زمین، توزیع و عملکردهای عمومی در طبقه اول و عملکردهای خصوصی در طبقه دوم جانمایی شدند.
توجه به پتانسیل سایت و بهره‌گیری از دید و منظر با کیفیت‌های متفاوت در پیرامون پروژه، ما را بر آن داشت تا با ایجاد چرخشی در طبقه آخر و پیش‌بینی تراس‌هایی در مکان‌های مناسب، از دید جنگل در جبهه شمالی، و علم‌کوه در جنوب بهره ببریم.
به منظور ایجاد هارمونی و ارتباط با طبیعت، سقف‌های شیب‌دار و دیوارهای مورب در حجم مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند، و برای اینکه بنا تضاد کمی با محیط پیرامون خود، خصوصا در فصل زمستان داشته باشد، رنگ سفید برای نما انتخاب شد.
با توجه به اینکه فاصله بنا تا معبر غربی بسیار اندک بود، برای حفظ محرمیت، دیوارهای در جبهه غربی پیش‌بینی کردیم، و در نهایت، با ایجاد حفره‌هایی در این دیواره سعی داشتیم دید تراس‌ها به غرب را هم حفظ کنیم. علاوه بر آن، این دیواره در قسمت ورودی پارکینگ به المانی تبدیل شد که به همراه حوض‌های آب، به تعریف ورودی کمک می‌کند. در هنگام ساخت پروژه نیز زمین همسایه خریداری و به سایت اضافه شد، و مطابق تصمیم کارفرما، پارکینگ به این زمین جدید تغییر مکان داد.

At the beginning of the project, when the client referred us, the dimensions of the site were very limited. Therefore, considering the site’s slope and surrounding routes, suitable accesses were determined first. Then, the spaces and functions required by the client were distributed into a two-story volume with a contour matching the site’s slope. Public functions were placed on the first floor, while private functions were situated on the second floor.
Recognizing the site’s potential and utilizing different quality perspectives around the project, we decided to introduce a rotation on the second floor, and create terraces in suitable locations, offering views of the forest in the northern front, and the Alam-Kuh mountain in the south.
To establish a connection and harmony with nature, sloping roofs and inclined walls were incorporated within the structure. Additionally, we chose white color for the facade, to minimize contrast with the surrounding environment, especially during winter.
Since the distance between the building and the western route was very small, we opted to create a privacy wall on the western front, and by incorporating openings in the wall, we aimed to maintain the terrace views towards the west. Furthermore, this wall was transformed into a feature at the entrance of the parking area, along with water basins, enhancing the definition of the entrance. During the construction of the project, the neighboring land was purchased and integrated into the site, and as per the client’s decision, the parking area was relocated to the new land.
