آپارتمان شماره ۷ ساختمانی مسکونی با سه طبقه روی همکف و دو زیرزمین است که در بافت شهری شیراز قرار دارد. با اینکه در این پروژه الزام طراحی در پاکت حجمی ارائه‌شده توسط شهرداری وجود داشت، اما در روند طراحی و جلسات متعدد با کارفرما، تصمیم بر آن شد که یک ترکیب حجمی متفاوت از ساختمان‌های موجود برای آن در نظر گرفته شود.
فضاهای خالی‌شده از پاکت حجمی ساختمان، فرمی خاص با نمایی پویا را ارائه می‌دهند که از حجم‌های مکعبی معمول فاصله می‌گیرد، و با تعریف خط آسمانی متفاوت که منتج از حجم منحصربه‌فردش است، در عین هماهنگی با بستر، به شاخصه خیابان نیز تبدیل می‌شود.
فضاهای سبز که کل ساختمان را در سطوح مختلف در برگرفته‌اند، به نحوی طراحی شده‌اند که بیشترین میزان حریم خصوصی را فراهم می‌کنند، و از منظر خیابان نیز جلوه‌ای غنی از سبزینگی و سرزندگی به وجود می‌آورند.
گودال‌باغچه پلکانی که در حیاط در نظر گرفته شده است، در عین‌حال که نور و سبزینگی را برای هر دو زیرزمین فراهم می‌کند، دسترسی ثانویه‌ای برای جکوزی، سونا و سینمای خصوصی ساختمان محسوب می‌شود، فضاهایی که کیفیت متفاوتی از زندگی را ارائه می‌دهند.
پروژه آپارتمان شماره ۷ تلاش می‌کند تا جایگزینی برای مدل‌های متعارف سکونت پیشنهاد دهد. از این‌رو، در مجموع، تنها سه واحد در این آپارتمان طراحی شده و دو طبقه آخر آن به صورت دوبلکس، و دارای پله داخلی، نورگیر سقفی و آسانسور اختصاصی است.

Apartment no. 07 is a family residential building in four-story and a car park in the basement, located in Shiraz, Iran. In this project, we have to design this building in a volume envelope regarding the criteria and regulations of the municipality. But during the design process, with the long period of discussion with the clients, this kind of volumetric composition resulted in an admirable iconic and unique building in its context.
The recesses and empty spaces of the building mass create a unique form that generates a dynamic facade and avoids regular solid cube, and by defining a different skyline resulting from its unique volume, while correctly formed in harmony with the neighborhood, it also becomes the characteristic of the street.
Various protected outdoor spaces command magnificent views of green surroundings. All of the building’s open spaces are conceived in such a way as to offer the greatest possible amount of privacy. These outdoor spaces also enrich the liveliness of the streetscape.
Exterior stairs in the yard leading to the second basement, provide lighting and vegetation to this level, which is allocated to the residents’ private Jacuzzi, sauna, and cinema giving an exclusive feel of living.
The project tries to offer an alternative to conventional models of habitation. Leading this approach, there are only three units in this apartment; the top two floors are a duplex unit with a double-height stair and also a skylight.
