آپارتمان مسکونی خاطره باغ در یکی از کوچه‌های خیابان قصرالدشت شیراز قرار دارد که به دلیل مجاورت با باغ‌های قصرالدشت، به محله سرسبز و خوش آب‌وهوای شیراز شهرت دارد. البته در سال‌های اخیر، با افزایش ساخت‌وساز در این محلات سرسبز قدیمی، بخش زیادی از پوشش گیاهی آنها از بین رفته است، اما ما امیدوار هستیم که رعایت ارزش‌های اجتماعی و زیست‌محیطی در چنین پروژه‌هایی بتواند بر طراحی پروژه‌های اطراف نیز تاثیر بگذارد.
کوچه‌ای با عرض ۶ متر در شمال‌غربی بنا قرار دارد که تنها دسترسی پروژه به محله است. در این کوچه، درختان تنومند قدیمی روبه‌روی ساختمان وجود دارند که یکی از دغدغه‌های ما، ارتباط این درختان با درون پروژه بود. از این‌رو، در نمای شمال‌غربی (رو به کوچه)، برش‌هایی در پوسته نما بر محوریت درختان ایجاد کردیم و صفحاتی به وجود آوردیم که با توجه به موقعیت این درختان، به صورت پویا تغییر فرم می‌دهند، و بدین‌ترتیب از ایجاد یک نمای تخت دوبعدی و یکنواخت جلوگیری می‌شود. این فرم‌های ارگانیک از پوسته نما شروع می‌شوند و تا لابی ورودی و پلان داخلی ادامه می‌یابند.
با توجه به عرض ۶ متری کوچه که امکان دیدن بنا از فاصله روبه‌رو و نزدیک را با مشکل مواجه می‌کند، دید به پروژه از ورودی کوچه و از فواصل دورتر اهمیت زیادی دارد. از این‌رو، دغدغه دیگر ما، ارتباط بدنه بیرونی ساختمان با فضای محله بود که با جلو و عقب‌شدن صفحات نما، ارتباط بصری مخاطبان با پروژه از فاصله دور نیز ایجاد می‌شود. همچنین در بین صفحات نما بازشوهایی طراحی شده است تا بنا بیشترین گشودگی را نسبت به طبیعت بیرون و محله داشته باشد.
در نمای جنوب‌شرقی (رو به حیاط)، همانند نمای شمال‌غربی، به منظور افزایش سبزینگی، فلاورباکس‌هایی در نظر گرفته شد که زمینه وجود سبزینگی زیادی را روبه‌روی پنجره‌ها فراهم می‌کنند. در مقابل این نما، یک دیوار صلب بتنی قرار دارد که با اجرای قوطی‌کشی و شبکه مش، بستر اجرای دیوار سبز روی آن فراهم آمد، و با توجه به این قابلیت، قاب‌هایی در پنجره‌های نما طراحی شد تا بتوانند منظره روبه‌رو را قاب کنند. بدین‌ترتیب، کسی که در حیاط می‌ایستد، می‌تواند سبزینگی را در یک فضای سه‌بعدی تجربه کند، به صورتی که پوشش گیاهی از نما شروع به حرکت می‌کند، و پس از عبور از کف حیاط، تا دیوار روبه‌رو امتداد می‌یابد و خاطره باغ‌های قدیمی را یادآوری می‌کند.

The project was designed and constructed on Qasr al-Dasht Street in Shiraz, Iran. This street is known as a green and pleasant neighborhood, due to its proximity to Qasr al-Dasht gardens. Due to the increase of construction in these old green areas, a significant portion of the vegetation has been destroyed. We hope that addressing the social and environmental values in such projects can affect the design quality of surrounding projects.
In the northwest of the building, there is an alley with a 6 meters width, which is the only access of the project to the neighborhood. In this alley, there are old trees in front of the building. One of our primary concerns was the connection of old trees to the interior space. In the northwest facade (facing the street), in order to be close to the trees around the project, we made cuts in the facade shell, and created panels that were shaped dynamically, according to the position of the trees, to prevent a uniform and flat two-dimensional facade. This organic forms started from the facade, and continued to the entrance lobby and interior plan.
Due to the 6-meter width of the alley, which hinders the visibility of the project, it is very important to see the project from the entrance of the alley and from further distances. Therefore, another concern of this project was the connection between the surrounding of the building and the space of the neighborhood. By moving the facade panels forward and backward, the visual connection of the audience with the project was created, even from a distance. Openings have been designed between the facade panels, to have the largest opening to nature outside and the neighborhood.
Like the northwest facade, in the southeast facade of the project (facing the courtyard), flower boxes were considered to increase the greenery, which provided the background for the existing vegetation in front of the windows. There is a solid concrete wall in front of this facade, which was provided as a base for the green wall, by carrying out canning and mesh network. Due to such a feature, frames were designed in the front windows, to frame the view in front. Visitors can experience the greenery in a three-dimensional space as the vegetation begins to move from the facade, passes through the yard floor, and extends to the opposite wall, reminding the memory of the old gardens.
