پروژه کلینیک پارک‌وی، با هندسه‌ای نامنظم و مساحتی محدود، در شرایطی به ما واگذار شد که کارفرما به دنبال بهره‌گیری حداکثری از فضا و تامین نیازهای عملکردی و کیفی خود بود. علاوه بر محدودیت ابعاد و نامنظم‌بودن پلان، چالش دیگر پروژه، پنجره‌های وسیع ضلع جنوبی بود که به بزرگراه مدرس مشرف بودند. این پنجره‌ها از یک‌سو، امکان بهره‌مندی از نور طبیعی و چشم‌انداز پویای شهر را فراهم می‌کردند، و از سوی دیگر، نور خیره‌کننده و گرمای نفوذیافته از شیشه‌های کم‌کیفیت و مد روز زمان ساخت بنا، چشم را آزار می‌دادند.
در نخستین مرحله، فضا تا حد ممکن از عناصر اضافی تهی شد و با توجه به ارتفاع محدود، سقف‌های کاذب نیز برچیده شدند. طراحی پروژه بر اساس تفکیک فضایی، عملکردی و بصری به دو بخش انتظار و درمان شکل گرفت و در همین فرایند، دوگانه سبز و زبر/سفید و نرم پدید آمد. حجم سفید و سیال با طنازی فرمی‌اش در میان فضایی سبز و بافت‌دار جای گرفته است تا هم نیازهای عملکردی را در هندسه نامنظم پلان پاسخ دهد و هم با ایجاد جذابیت بصری، ابعاد محدود فضا را از همان نگاه نخست مخاطب، کم‌رنگ‌تر سازد. همچنین خطوط تیز کنج‌ها حذف شده‌اند تا مرزهای فضا سیال‌تر و نامحسوس‌تر به نظر برسند.
در مرحله بعد، امتداد فضای عمومی به درون کالبد فضای درمانی، محوری عملکردی‌ـ‌بصری را شکل داد که مخاطب را تا لحظه ورود به اتاق‌ها همراهی می‌کند. یک شکاف حداقلی در انتهای این مسیر، نور و منظر بیرون را به داخل هدایت کرده و در عین حال، تفکیک مناسبی میان اتاق‌های درمان ایجاد می‌کند. این روزن علاوه بر تعریف مرزهای فضایی، به مخاطب امکان می‌دهد تا امتداد فضا را از نمای جنوبی تا لبه نمای شمالی دنبال کند. علاوه بر انقباض‌های فرمی سقف در این محور حرکتی، پوششی متخلخل، سیال و عملکردی شکل گرفته است که با همگرایی خطوط خود، بر این راستای نفوذپذیر تاکید می‌کند.
پرده‌ای بافته‌شده از میله‌های ظریف، با حضور گیاهان رونده، سایه‌ای لطیف برای کاهش شدت نور پنجره‌ها ایجاد کرده است. با رشد این گیاهان در این شبکه منعطف، روحی زنده در فضا دمیده می‌شود و پویایی محیط را تقویت می‌کند. این شبکه در جبهه جنوبی با نشیمنگاه مخاطب ادغام شده، در برابر پنجره‌ها قد کشیده، روی سقف خزیده، در شکاف انتهایی پروژه نفوذ کرده و در فضایی کوچک و کریستالی، حائلی سبز میان دو اتاق درمان ایجاد کرده است. همچنین با استفاده از تکنولوژی شیشه هوشمند، امکان خصوصی‌سازی اتاق‌ها در مواقع ضروری فراهم شده است.
تفکیک فضاهای کوچک، رعایت حداقل میزان رواداری در اجرای جزئیات، استفاده از سیستم تاسیساتی حجیم داکت اسپیلت و تامین زیرساخت‌های درمانی، از جمله چالش‌های اصلی پروژه در مسیر تغییر کاربری فضای مسکونی و ارتقای کیفیت ساختمان بودند که تنها با همراهی کارفرمایی صبور و مشتاق، به سرانجام رسیدند.

The interior design of the Parkway office project with a small area 85 square meters and an amorphous geometry was referred to us while the client was worried about meeting his quantitative and qualitative needs, looking for maximum use of the space. Apart from the small scale of the space and its irregular plan, another challenge of the project was the wide windows on the south side facing the Modares highway, which on the one hand was an opportunity to have a wide view of the city and supply natural light, and on the other hand, dazzling light and penetrating heat.
In the initial step, the space is cleared of any additional items, as much as possible. False ceilings are also dismantled due to the low height of the space. Afterward, the design of the project begins with spatial, functional, and visual separation into two parts: waiting and treatment.
The contrast between the rough green and soft white creates a unique duality. The sculptural volume, which is white and fluid, is situated in a green and textured space that responds to the functional relationships of the plan’s irregular geometry. The form also reduces the initial sense of smallness when viewed by the Visitors. (When sharp lines are removed from corners and replaced with rounded corners, it creates ambiguity in understanding the boundaries of space)
In the next stage, the public space penetrates into the treatment space, forming a functional visual axis that guides the audience to the rooms. There is a minimal gap which allows light and outside view to enter the space at the end of the path. A hole that, in addition to separating the treatment rooms, allows the audience’s eye to follow the space from the border of the south facade to the edge of the north facade.
A curtain woven from delicate rods with climbing plants, in addition to emphasizing the direction of movement path, tries to create a gentle shade for the dazzling light of the windows, by growing these plants on this flexible network they give a lively spirit to the space. This grid takes shape in front of the south windows with the visitor’s seat, stretches in front of the windows, crawls on the ceiling, penetrates the gap at the end of the project, and creates a green border between the two treatment rooms (Using smart glass technology, it is possible to privatize two rooms when necessary)
