ویلای توسکا در محدوده سی‌سنگان نوشهر، در روستای توسکاتک طراحی و ساخته شده است. طراحی این ویلا از تلفیق دو باکس سفید و بتنی شکل گرفته است، به گونه‌ای که باکس بتنی، فضاهای عمومی و باکس سفید، فضاهای خصوصی را در برمی‌گیرد. همچنین با ایجاد تراس‌ها و بازشوهای متعدد در نقاط مختلف پروژه، امکان نفوذ بهتر نور و باد، و سیرکولاسیون هوا در فضای داخلی میسر شده است.

Tooska villa is located in Mazandaran province of Iran. In this project, the concrete and white boxes are merged; the concrete box being public spaces and the white box being private spaces. Raising the white box from the ground, along with creating a better outward view, also provides space for a large pool underneath. Based on environmental conditions, large openings have been created on the north and south axis, causing air movement and reduce moisture levels inside.
