From the irregular cubes resulting from the drying of river mud, to the modern bricks that are produced today in advanced factories, there has always been a special look at bricks, in our country. This building material, which has a long history in Iranian architecture, induces a good sense of presence in a space, and what is in its soul, distinguishes it from other building materials. Therefore, in Sepehr Building, by using these advantages and combining it with stone, while using regular modules in which a kind of rhythm and balance can be seen, in addition to reflecting traditional architectural elements, we have given it a modern color and glaze.

If we separate the stone and brick parts of the building facade, and look at them separately, we come across simple rectangular frames that are placed next to each other, with special patterns and proportions, which is in line with the design principles of a modern facade. The use of minimal and uncomplicated horizontal and vertical lines, vertical angles, repetitive patterns, and the avoidance of additional ornament, while simple, has a special visual appeal.
