پروژه افرا یک تک‌بنا، و به بیانی، یک المان به حساب می‌آید که در کنار الگوسازی در مقیاس محله، تلاش دارد تا بیشترین دیالوگ را با وضع موجود برقرار کند، چرا که با توجه به موقعیت قرارگیری و داشتن اشرافیت به بلوار اصلی، می‌بایست از یک‌سو، امکان بهره‌گیری از منظر شهری، و از سوی دیگر، آرامش و حریم درونی را برای ساکنانش فراهم آورد.

سیالیت نمای پروژه که در نگاه اول جلب توجه می‌کند، نظام قاعده‌مند و مدولار ساختمان را به موجودی زنده مبدل می‌سازد که می‌تواند حرکت کند؛ راه برود؛ فیگور بگیرد؛ در عین آراستگی و با حداکثر هارمونی، با محیط نابسامان اطرافش رفاقت کند؛ و همان‌طور که سر جایش نشسته و با همسایگان دیرینه خود مشغول گفت‌وگوست، سری به سمت خیابان بچرخاند و نگاهی به عابران در حال رفت‌وآمد بیاندازد و در حافظه‌ها ماندگار شود.

انعطاف‌پذیری در فضای داخلی با مبلمان‌پذیری فضا بر اساس نیاز مخاطب، و نیز سادگی و ابهام سادگی در عناصر سازنده فضاها تعریف می‌شود، و در فضایی مثل آشپزخانه، محرمیتی را که نیاز به کشف‌کردن با نوعی ابهام از فضای پذیرایی را به دنبال دارد، رقم می‌زند. به بیان دیگر، دیدن و دیده‌نشدن از نمای پروژه آغاز می‌شود و تا فضای داخلی و روابط بین فضاهای همجوار ادامه می‌یابد.

The project is a single building, and in other words, it is considered as an element that while introducing a sample for its neighborhood, tries to establish the most dialogue with the existing situation, because due to the location and overlooking the main boulevard, the city view should be seen, on the one hand, and it should provide peace and inner privacy for its residents, on the other hand.

The fluidity of the project facade, which attracts attention at first glance, transforms the regular and modular system of the building into a living being that can move, walk, get a figure, and while being neat and harmonious, make friends with the chaotic environment around it. And as he is sitting in his place and talking with his old neighbors, he turns his head towards the street and looks at the passers-by, and remains in the memories.

The flexibility in the interior space includes the furniture flexibility of the space based on the needs of the user, as well as simplicity and ambiguity of simplicity in the building elements of the spaces, and in a space like the kitchen, it determines the privacy that needs to be discovered from the living space, with a kind of ambiguity. In other words, seeing and not being seen starts from the facade of the project and continues to the interior space and relationships between neighboring spaces.
