ویلای آسمان ساحل در ساحل جنوبی دریای کاسپین، در محله‌ای با بافت عمدتا ناهمگون و نیمه‌متراکم ویلایی، برای گذران تعطیلات و استراحت آخر هفته یک زوج میان‌سال و میهمانان‌شان طراحی شده است. طراحی این ویلا دو چالش عمده را با خود به همراه داشت: اول، نحوه تعامل یک بنای دارای رویکردهای فضایی خاص با ساختارهای موجود منطقه؛ دوم، چگونگی برقراری دیالکتیک پویا بین ویلا، ساکنان و جغرافیا.
با در نظر گرفتن این موضوع که علت ساخت ویلا نیاز ساکنان به فاصله‌گرفتن از محیط شهری و تجربه حس فضایی متفاوتی از زندگی آپارتمانی فاقد ارتباط با طبیعت بود، یک سناریوی فضایی تعریف شد که در آن، ضمن تقویت ارتباط هر چه بیشتر فضاهای داخلی و ایجاد حس کنجکاوی برای کشف فضاها، بیشترین پتانسیل برای ارتباط با طبیعت اطراف نیز حاصل شود. همچنین با توجه به مورفولوژی بافت جدید منطقه و پدیدارشدن فرم‌ها و رنگ‌های ناهمگون در آن، از سطوح یکپارچه با رنگ غالب سفید، به عنوان یک راهکار برای تعادل‌بخشی به بافت استفاده شد.
در روند طراحی، توجه به آسمان، به عنوان منظر از دست‌رفته ساختارهای کنونی مورد توجه ویژه قرار گرفت که این امر منجر به ایجاد یک هسته خالی در میانه بنا شد تا علاوه بر خلق ارتباط و تعامل در راستای محور افقی و عمودی، باعث ایجاد نوعی برهم‌کنش بین طبیعت و مولفه‌های طرح شود. همچنین با توجه به اینکه طبق قوانین شهرک، ویلا و پارکینگ در قسمت جنوبی زمین قرار می‌گیرد و ایجاد بازشو به نور جنوب دارای محدودیت است، هسته خالی مرکزی وظیفه رساندن نور طبیعی مورد نیاز به عمق پلان را نیز بر عهده دارد.

The project is situated on the southern coast of the Caspian Sea, in a neighborhood characterized by a predominantly heterogeneous and semi-dense villa texture. It was designed for a middle-aged couple and their guests, to enjoy their vacations and weekend breaks. The design of this villa included two primary challenges; Firstly, how a building with specific spatial approaches interacts with existing structures in the area; Secondly, how to foster a dynamic dialogue between the villa, its residents, and the surrounding geography.
The impetus for constructing the villa stemmed from the residents’ desire to distance themselves from the urban environment and experience a sense of space that differed from their apartment living, where they felt disconnected from nature. After analyzing the essential information to develop an architectural response to these challenges, a spatial scenario was devised. This scenario prioritized enhancing the interconnectedness of internal spaces, generating a sense of curiosity that encourages exploration, and maximizing the potential for communication with the surrounding natural environment. Additionally, considering the morphology of the new texture and the emergence of heterogeneous forms and colors in the region, an attempt was made to use the geometric potential of integrated surfaces with the dominant white color, as a strategy to balance the texture.
Due to the absence of sky views in the existing structures, careful consideration was given to incorporating the sky as a prominent visual element. The culmination of this process was the creation of a central void within the building. This void not only facilitates communication and interaction along horizontal and vertical axes, but also establishes a unique interplay between nature and design elements. Additionally, due to the villa’s location and the parking lot situated on the southern side of the land, the central void assumes the crucial role of channeling natural light into the depths of the plan, adhering to the town’s regulations and ensuring access to natural and primary southern light.
