ویلای باروژ در شهرک مینوسا گیلاوند ساخته شده است. با توجه به ضوابط شهرسازی این منطقه و محدودیت‌های حجمی، طراحی آن با هدف حفظ سادگی خطوط و حداکثر بهره‌گیری از محیط پیرامونی صورت گرفت. به همین منظور، نمای غربی و شرقی، با توجه به محدودیت‌های مقرراتی و شرایط اقلیمی، با حداقل تعداد پنجره و حداکثر استفاده از دیوارهای صلب پوشیده شده است.
با توجه به موقعیت ویلا در مرتفع‌ترین تراز شهرک و بهره‌مندی هم‌زمان از دید و منظر جنوبی و شمالی، سالن نشیمن اصلی به طبقه میانی منتقل شده است. اتاق‌های خواب، نشیمن خصوصی و فضای اسپا در طبقه همکف، پارکینگ و تأسیسات در زیرزمین، و شاه‌نشین و روف‌گاردن در طبقه دوم قرار گرفته‌اند.
در ویلای باروژ تلاش شده است تا از مصالح بومی منطقه به‌طور مطلوب در نماهای خارجی و داخلی بهره‌گیری شود. ترکیب بافت خشن سنگ مالون با سطوح وسیع شیشه‌ای نیز به پویایی و تنوع بصری حجم ویلا کمک کرده است.

Barooj villa was built in Minoosa Gilavand town. According to the urban planning ordinances of this location and the mass and volume restrictions, an effort was made to achieve the maximum exploitation of the surrounding environment while maintaining the simplicity of the lines. To this end, the western and eastern facades are covered with the least number of windows and the most rigid walls due to the limitations of the regulations and also the climatic conditions.
Due to the location of “Barooj” at the highest level of the town and benefiting from the view and view of the south and the north at the same time, the main living room of the villa has been moved to the middle floor. Bedrooms, private living room and spa on the ground floor, parking and facilities in the basement and Shahneshin and roof garden on the second floor.
In Barooj villa, an attempt has been made to optimize the use of local materials in the external and internal facades. The combination of Malon stone and large glass surfaces has also contributed to the fluidity of the volume of the villa.
