آنچه امروز در بافت‌های متراکم آپارتمانی از دست رفته، فضاهای باز و سبز است، فضاهایی که نه‌فقط ساکنان یک ساختمان، بلکه تمامی همسایگان در آنها احساس آشنایی و تعلق کنند. پروژه ما نیز که در بافت شهری متراکم محله حکمت تهران (دزاشیب) قرار دارد، مانند بسیاری از پروژه‌های آپارتمانی دیگر، از یک‌طرف، به دلیل سطح اشغال حداکثری، و از طرف دیگر، به‌خاطر اصلاح زمین، سهم کمی از فضای باز، حیاط و فضای سبز داشت که با جانمایی مسیرهای ماشین‌رو، این سهم کم نیز به حداقل ممکن رسید.
ساختمان به دلیل موقعیتش در تقاطع سه کوچه و مرکزیت خاصی که در میان همسایگان داشت، بسیار دیده می‌شد، و این دیده‌شدن ما را بر آن داشت تا آنچه را از دست‌رفته می‌دیدیم، علی‌رغم تمام محدودیت‌ها جبران کنیم. بر این اساس، فضاهای باز پروژه را فرصت مناسبی برای تقویت روابط همسایگی دیدیم و به دنبال فرصتی برای افزایش سبزینگی از دست‌رفته گشتیم. از این‌رو، آنچه را از حیاط باقی ماند، با جزئیات مناسب، برای افزایش حداکثری فضای باز و سبز طراحی کردیم، و با آزادگذاشتن فضای حیاط، از جنبه ادراکی، فضای باز محله و منظر سبزش را افزایش دادیم. حضور در فضاهای باز و سبز، و لمس طراوت گیاهان، حداقل کیفیتی است که فضاهای ساخته‌نشده کوچه‌پس‌کوچه‌های شهر ما به آن نیاز دارد.
پروژه را که با ایده ایجاد فضای باز درون‌محله‌ای و تقویت حس تعلق مشترک بین ساکنان و همسایگان و عابران، و با حضور حداکثری گیاهان و یک حیاط بدون حصار شکل گرفته بود، «بی‌حصار» نامیدیم. انتخاب مصالح آشنا و گرم هماهنگ با چند ساختمان همسایه نیز تلاشی بود برای همخوانی و یکپارچگی، تقویت حس تعلق و ایجاد یک بدنه شهری آرام.

The project is located in the dense urban fabric of Hekmat neighborhood of Tehran (Dazashib). Today’s missing piece of the urban fabric puzzle is the open and green spaces in which not only the building occupants, but also all of the neighbors feel familiarity and belonging. Like many other apartment projects, on the one hand, maximum building area and land modification, and on the other hand, locating parking and cars path minimize the open space, green area and yard.
The building was significant due to its location at the intersection of three alleys, and its unique centrality among the neighbors. Due to all limitations, we did our best. We saw the project open spaces as an excellent opportunity to strengthen neighborly relations, and we were looking for a chance to increase the lost greenery. With the relevant details, we designed what was left of the yard, in order to maximize the open space and greenery, and by freeing up the yard space, from a perceptual point of view, we increased the neighborhood open space and the green landscape. In unbuilt spaces of our cities’ alleys, being in an open and green area and touching plants’ freshness is the least we need.
Finally, we called the project “Bi-Hesar” (No-Wall), with open and semi-open spaces and maximum presence of plants and unfenced yard. Creating an open space inside the neighborhood reinforces the belonging common sense for residents, neighbors, and passers, and increases the green area. The choice of appropriate and indigenous materials in harmony with adjacent buildings, was another attempt to harmonize and integrate and create a calm urban body, and strengthen the sense of belonging.
این‌کار واقعا از هر نظر قوی و‌پخته است دارای ک ایکانسپت شهری خیلی درست و به جا بوده و‌نظر من همیشه با حترام به فرهنگ درونگرایی معماری ایرانی اینه بوده که فضاهای سبز مسکونی باید دیگه به کنک شهر بیاد و اینکه خوب البته اینجوری فضای حیاط بی حصار هم بزرگتر به نظر خواهد رسید . ایجاد همبستگی بین نما و طراحی داخلی عالی بود کاربرد اجر و تکرار بافتش در داخل نشون میده چیزی از قلم‌معمار نیوفتاده . حتی شیشیه دسوار شیشیه ای پارکینگ هم فضای پارکینگ رو بی حصار کرده
