ویلای هفت، ویلایی است کوچک برای تعطیلات آخر هفته که در زمینی با شیب نسبتا زیاد ساخته شد. خواسته کارفرما از این ویلا، مکانی مناسب برای مهمانی‌های کوچک و دوستانه بود. از این‌رو به نظر می‌رسید بهره‌گیری از فضاهای باز و نیمه‌باز بتواند نقش مهمی در ایجاد جذابیت بیشتر و تنوع فضایی ایفا کند.
دید و منظر مناسبی که در طبقه بالا وجود داشت و نیاز به فضایی تعریف‌شده برای استخر روباز، طراحی را به سمت چرخش نود درجه‌ای طبقه اول سوق داد که در نتیجه آن، دو فضای جدید با دو کیفیت متفاوت، به ویلا اضافه شد: حیاط مسقف متصل‌کننده استخر و ویلا، با سایه‌اندازی حداکثری در تمام طول سال؛ و تراس و نشیمن بزرگ در طبقه اول، با دید مناسب به باغشهرهای اطراف.
با توجه به شیب زیاد زمین، و نیز این مسئله که استفاده از ویلا محدود به تعطیلات است و استفاده مداوم ندارد، مسیر دسترسی اتومبیل، محدود به پارکینگ ورودی در نظر گرفته شد. در طراحی سایت‌پلان نیز تلاش شده است تا با کاشت درختان بلند در اطراف سایت، دیدهای مزاحم ساختمان‌های اطراف در آینده به حداقل برسد، و همچنین پستی و بلندی‌های زمین این امکان را به وجود آورد که در محوطه، فضاسازی‌های متفاوت با پوشش گیاهی متنوع ایجاد شود.

Villa No. 07 is a small villa for the weekend, which has been built on a relatively steep slope site plan. The client wanted this villa to be a good place for small and friendly parties. Therefore, it seemed that open and semi-open spaces can play an important role in creating more attractiveness and spatial diversity.
The good view of the upper level, and the need for a defined space for the outdoor pool, led the design to rotate ninety degrees on the first floor, resulting in the addition of two new spaces with two different qualities, to the villa: Roofed yard connecting pool and villa, with maximum shading in the whole of the year; and a large terrace and living room on the first floor, with good views of the surrounding gardens.
Due to the steep slope of the land, and the challenge that the use of the villa is limited to vacations, and there is no continuous use, the car access route was considered limited to the entrance parking lot. In landscape designing, an attempt has been made to minimize the disturbing views of the surrounding buildings in the future, by planting tall trees around the site, and also the topography of the site plan make it possible to create different open spaces with diverse vegetation.
