«توسن تجهیز» شرکت تولیدکننده دستگاه‌های ضدعفونی‌کننده تجهیزات بیمارستانی است که پس از بیش از یک دهه فعالیت، تصمیم به انتقال کارگاه تولیدی و ساختمان اداری خود به پارک فناوری پردیس گرفت که در همین راستا، قطعه زمینی ۵۰۰ متری که یک فونداسیون موجود داشت، به این شرکت تحویل داده شد. اولین چالش پیش روی طراحان، محدودیت پایین‌ترین تراز موجود بود که با توجه به محدوده ارتفاعی و ضوابط ویژه پارک فناوری، می‌بایست دو تراز زیرین و سه تراز روی زمین به گونه‌ای طراحی می‌شدند که پاسخ‌گوی نیازهای کارفرما باشد.
برنامه
با توجه به برنامه فیزیکی، طبقه منفی دو به انبار، سالن غذاخوری، نمازخانه، اتاق نگهبان، تاسیسات و رختکن پرسنل تولیدی، طبقه منفی یک به پارکینگ، طبقه همکف به تولید، و طبقات اول و دوم به شوروم، اتاق های اداری ـ مهندسی و ریاست اختصاص داده شد.
شفافیت
با توجه به تولیدات خاص و های‌تک شرکت، نمایش فرآیند تولید دستگاه می‌توانست یک ارزش بصری خاص برای ساختمان ایجاد کند. علاوه بر این، شوروم نیز می‌توانست کاملا در دید ناظران عبوری از بیرون قرار گیرد و ساختمان به نوعی، معرف کلیه فعالیت‌های شرکت باشد. از طرف دیگر، هم‌نشینی متراکم قطعات کنار هم در پارک فناوری پردیس، مطلوب طراحان نبود و یک ساختمان شفاف فضای بیشتری را به لحاظ بصری، میان همجواری‌ها به وجود می‌آورد.
ارتفاع محدود ـ چیدمان عملکردهای داخلی
کارفرما زمان محدودی برای ساخت داشت و با توجه به زمان‌بربودن و هزینه تخریب، فونداسیون موجود می‌بایست حفظ می‌شد. بدین‌ترتیب، با توجه به محدودیت ارتفاعی بر اساس ضوابط پارک (ده و نیم متر) و محدودیت اجباری از زیرزمین، به علت فونداسیون موجود، فضاهای مختلف بر اساس نیاز ارتفاعی، میزان اهمیت و سطح استفاده بر روی هم قرار گرفته‌اند.
گشایش‌های فضایی ـ سطوح مجاز ساخت
برای تامین سطوح مجاز ساخت، گشایش‌های متعدد در طبقات به گونه‌ای لحاظ شد که از فضاهای مختلف در ترازهای مختلف، دیدهای متنوعی به سایر فضاها وجود داشته باشد، به طوری که مدیریت در بالاترین تراز، به کلیه فضاهای مختلف دید دارد. همچنین برای تامین ارتفاع بلند مورد نیاز کارگاه تولیدی، یک گشایش بالای سر کارگاه لحاظ شده است. این گشایش‌های عمودی در ترکیب با فضای شوروم در تراز میانی، یک حرکت خالی را در توده بسته حجم شکل داده‌اند و جانمایی آنها در موقعیت‌های متفاوت پلان، سبب ایجاد دیدهای متنوع داخلی شده است.
مقطع به مثابه نما
با توجه به موارد فوق، ساختمان در ارتباط حداکثری با محیط اطراف در نظر گرفته شد، به گونه‌ای که پروژه از درون توسعه پیدا کرد و به جداره نما رسید. جداره شفاف نما هم تنها برای نمایش امتداد فضای داخلی و مقطع در فضای بیرون، در نظر گرفته شد، به طوری که حرکت گشایش‌های عمودی در ارتباط با فضای باز شوروم در پشت نمای شفاف شیشه‌ای، کالبد بسته ساختمان را گشوده و یکی از مقاطع پروژه در نمای ساختمان منعکس شده است. برای کنترل نور در بخش تولید نیز لوورهای عمودی لحاظ شده که علت عدم انتخاب لوور افقی، خاک‌گیری زیاد آن بوده است.

Tosan Tajhiz is a medical company, launched in 1998, specializing in design and production of medical equipment. To expand company, a 500 sqm area was assigned to the project, in the Pardis Technology Park. The First challenge that the designers faced, was the existing foundation which restricted the height levels of the underground. By considering the special rules which applies to the park, two underground levels and three levels above were designed to meet the client’s need. The client also had a limited time and cost, and due to the time and cost of destruction of the existing foundation, that should has been maintained.
According to the physical program, the -2 floor was assigned to the warehouse, facilities, dining, prayers and dressing areas, and the -1 floor was allocated to parking. The ground floor was given to production and the first and the second floors was assigned to the showroom, administrative, engineering and the manager’s office.
Since the company produces Hi-technology products, it was of importance to display the manufacturing process, should the customers want to see it. This was achieved by the transparency of the entire project and gave the project a special value. In addition, the showroom can be seen by the observers, and the building is representative of all the company’s activities. Besides, the high density of the adjacent buildings was not desirable; The more a building is transparent, it makes more visual space between the buildings.
Due to the limited construction area, multiple voids were considered to make different points of view, from different levels. The Manager room is at the highest level and can see all the different spaces, at once. Also, to fulfill the required height of the production sector, the void was considered above it. Besides, these voids in combination with the showroom as an open space, formed an empty movement in the volume.
The building was considered to be maximally related to the surroundings; So that, the building was developed from inside and tuned from a section. The transparent facade was only intended to display the extension of the interior. Voids in connection with the open showroom at the mid-level, excavate the mass and the section of the building is represented the façade. Finally, vertical louvers are considered for controlling light in the production sector. The reason for not choosing horizontal louvers, was due to the large amount of dust in the area.
